What is E.N.A.C.T.?

A love for Christ will inevitably bring with it a love for His church.  Here at St. Andrews we acknowledge that the best way to live out our Christian faith is in community.  We must act out our Christian walk on the stage of life with other believers.  We believe that the living outthe ENACTing, of these Gospel principles is best done in small groups.

Small groups offer so much more than just a place for Christian fellowship.   They foster an environment where the Simple Plan (Being Satisfied in God, Loving One Another, and Doing Good in the World) can be lived out.  We are so convinced of the transforming ability of small group participation that it is our goal that 100% of our members be connected in at least one small group here at St. Andrews.

Browse our listing of groups above and become connected today!

E – Entry Groups

The “E” in Enact stands for Entry or Introductory Groups to St. Andrews and to Christianity.  These small groups are a great starting point toward becoming connected with our church and the larger body of Christ.

N – Neighborhood Groups

The N in eNact is for Neighborhood Groups.  These are groups that meet in people’s homes in different neighborhoods around South Florida. Each group has a unique format and they meet at different frequencies. Find a group that suits your schedule near you!

A – Affinity Groups

The A in enAct stands for Affinity Groups.  Want to meet with other Christians with whom you share common interests?  Here at St. Andrews we have Affinity Groups for gender, age, etc.

C – Content Groups

The C in enaCt stands for Content Groups.  While, of course, all of the ENACT groups have at their core some content, these meetings are specific studies relayed through teaching.  Content groups can meet as Sunday classes between services or at some other time or place during the week.

T – Task Groups

The T in enacT stands for Task groups.  While the individuals in these groups are focused on serving our church and the larger community they do serve as communities in the truest sense of the term.

We have 30+ opportunities to be involved in Task Groups through our Home-based Ministries (“traditional” ministries found in a church, such as greeters) and Target Ministries (some particular element in society in need, such as the learning disabled, abused women and children, English as a second language).

For more information regarding these Groups, call the church 954.989.2655.
